HRDI is a leading behavioral health and human services organization serving Chicago’s most underserved communities since 1974. It provides culturally responsive care for mental health, substance use, youth and family services, and HIV prevention, reaching over 8,000 clients annually.

IMAN

IMAN is a community organization promoting health, healing, and social justice on Chicago’s South Side. It integrates primary and behavioral healthcare, arts, advocacy, and job training to uplift marginalized communities through holistic, community-centered services.

SBEV Chicago Impact Center

SBEV provides free, year-round programs for youth ages 5–17, focusing on academics, arts, and athletics. Designed to build leadership, confidence, and life skills, SBEV creates safe, supportive spaces that empower underserved youth to thrive.

Insight Hospital & Medical Center

Located in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood, Insight is a historic safety-net hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care. Formerly Mercy Hospital, it now offers a full range of medical services with a focus on community health, equity, and medical education.

Insight serves one of the most medically underserved areas in Chicago with a 414-bed safety-net hospital & plans are underway to reopen maternity care and build a birthing center.

SBEV offers a safe, enriching after-school environment, it includes academics, athletics, nutrition, and arts, with the goal of creating a youth development hub.
